Mr. Akshay Talekar has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Leadership Management from Ealing Hammersmith and West London College, London, United Kingdom, and Bachelors in Hotel and Tourism Management. He has numerous years of experience in hospitality industry with brands like Holiday Inn, Best Western, Taj Gateway and Hilton hotels in various departments, and expertise in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service Management.

Mr. Frank Shah has completed Bachelor of Arts from Veer Narmad south Gujarat University. He has completed diploma course DMTMP. He has completed international certificate course in Food Production principals from Lords Institute of Management Surat. He has experience of working in many well known brands. He has very good culinary skill. He has own restaurant set up experience.

Mrs. Sheela Menon has graduated in Literature from Madras University and  Management  from Madras Christian College Chennai, has decades of experience in  Management  Training   Data Software Exports, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Organizing International Exhibition ( PlastIndia )   FMCG Industry  and in Education. She has a proven record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance top to bottom line in Management and implementing a standardized process of the Organization. She is passionate in bringing out the best of the young minds to strive as an excellent performer in any place of work and other important aspects of life for the holistic Development of the Individual.

Ms. Pooja Soni is a dedicated hospitality professional with a Diploma in Hotel Management from DIMS Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad. With four years of invaluable experience at esteemed 5-star properties such as Hyatt, Marriott, and Radisson Blu, Pooja has honed her skills in the Front Office Department, specializing in guest relations and exceptional customer service.

Mr. Dhaval Variya Graduated from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. he has worked as Bookkeeping Manager ,Assistant Accountant & Accounts Executive. he has MS Excel and Financial A/C (Tally With GST) certifications. he is Amiable, Collaborative, and a lifelong learner . His practical industry experience and positive approach enable him to contribute effectively to both academic and professional environments.

Miss Mukti Tailor had completed her Diploma in Food Production Principles from Lords Institute of Management which is affiliated with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the State Institute of Hotel Management, Patan. Her industry experience includes training at Le Méridien, Surat, and The Westin, Pune, where she gained hands-on exposure to bakery, front office, banquet operations, F&B service, and allergen-friendly menu planning. Her experiences strengthened her skills in precision, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Ms. Princy Gangadiya has successfully completed her Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Vanita Vishram College, Surat. She has gained valuable industry experience through her association with The Taj Hotel / The Grand Bhagwati, where she worked in the Bakery Department, developing practical expertise in bakery operations and addition to her industry experience, she has served as a Visiting Faculty Member at Vanita Vishram College, where she contributed her practical knowledge and professional experience to hospitality education.
